A steady flow of participants engaged with the sessions. We’re thinking about tweaking the weekday times to perhaps get more involvement.

Key Insights
Themes emerge organically. Some moments seem to have subtly shifted the way participants experience presence, effort, or ease.
One such moment unfolded when someone observed their dog following their mother around the house. The dog, an extension of attentional flow, moved not because of an explicit command but as if drawn along an invisible thread of connection. This simple act mirrored a central theme: movement as an extension of awareness rather than a mechanical execution of effort. No! That’s not it at all! That’s what the AI made of this statement: I was interested to see that other people's dogs also insist on participating on the mat....makes me wonder what they think is actually going to happen...careful mom, it's going to mess with your brain!! (This was my favorite comment of all, and it became all the more delicious once the AI had interpreted it. Yes, AI, I am mocking you!)
Changes we are Already Implementing and Contemplating
Based on feedback, sessions now start a little early for casual chat (9:50) and end a little late for debriefing. (10:05)
Thinking about changing the weekday time/day
Gotta get a certain dancer onto his portal page

Carie has a way of explaining things that makes movement feel effortless.
The sessions were great, but I sometimes found it hard to hear over Zoom.
More recordings would be helpful for reviewing later.
I never realized how much eye movement affects posture until these classes.
The class was amazing. I had a breakthrough moment with my balance.
I talked to a fellow participant after the session, and we both realized how much this work applies beyond movement.
I felt a shift in my breathing that lasted all day! Thank you, Carie.
I keep coming back because every session unlocks something I didn’t realize I was holding.
I’d love more discussion time—sometimes I feel like I have insights that I want to share but not enough space to do so.
This work applies to so much beyond movement. I catch myself noticing these principles in daily life now.
I wish I had discovered this sooner. It’s changing how I relate to my body.
I appreciate the space to explore without feeling like I have to perform or achieve something specific.
The portal is helpful, but I sometimes forget it’s there. Maybe occasional nudges would help.
Sometimes I replay parts of the class in my mind later, and it makes even more sense the second time.
This has helped me with pain I didn’t even expect to improve.
The variety of approaches keeps things interesting. I never feel like I’m doing the same thing twice.
I love how questions are answered in a way that makes me think more, rather than just being given an answer.
Zoom sound was occasionally tricky, but I always felt like I got value out of the sessions regardless.
Every time I come to class, I feel like I leave moving more smoothly, even if I didn’t know I was tense before.
These sessions are about noticing, about tuning into the relationships that already exist—between breath and motion, between seeing and acting, between presence and effortless support. Each movement is an exploration, an opportunity to clarify something that was already happening beneath the surface.
The journey is open-ended. If you find resonance here, continue exploring at your own pace.
NEXT TIME: we’ll have google analytics of the flow of attention on the portal.
