Thoracic Flexibility

You get 30º more rotation in the thoracic than you do in the lumbar. The lumbar is mostly for support; the thoracic is for rotation. Don’t forget to double that number! 30º rotation in the lumbar total and more than 90 in the thoracic. IF your costovertebral joints are limber.

This was my very first chat gpt conversation. The joke is on chat gpt, because it kept getting the answer wrong. (Its first answer was 17, being … an uneven number?!) But the joke is also on me, because I didn’t understand chat’s strengths and weaknesses. Specific info is not its strength.
