You Resonate With Sound

Sound doesn’t travel from “out there” to “in here.” You resonate with it. When you hear a note, your body is participating in a vibrational field. The sound waves aren’t separate from you; you’re part of the same system that’s vibrating. This isn’t metaphorical. The bones behind your ear, your jaw, your skull, your chest cavity—they’re all moving in response to the frequencies around you.
